Why are responses slow or timing out?

Common causes

• High server load — during peak hours (afternoons UTC) the AI API may be congested
• Thinking model — 💭 Thinking mode takes longer by design (it reasons step-by-step)
• Large file upload — processing big PDFs or documents takes extra time
• Long conversation — very long chats have more context to process

What to do

• Switch to Fast model for quick answers
• Start a New chat to reduce context length
• Try again in a few minutes if it's a timeout
• Check support.s3eidat.com for system status updates
