Redeeming a promo code

Where to enter a code

Open Settings → Account. Scroll to the Redeem Promo Code section, enter your code and click Redeem.

What happens after redeeming

If the code is valid, your account is instantly upgraded to the plan associated with the code. The page will reload and your new plan will be reflected everywhere.

Common errors

• "Invalid code" — check for typos; codes are case-sensitive
• "Already used" — each code is single-use
• "Expired" — the code's validity period has passed

Getting a code

Promo codes are occasionally distributed through s3eidatGPT social media, partnerships or support for verified issues. Contact support@s3eidat.com if you believe you should have received one.
