Starting a call

Click the phone icon 📞 in the chat area (visible when in a chat). A full-screen call interface opens with an animated orb.

How it works

Speak naturally after the orb pulses. The AI uses Whisper to transcribe your speech, generates a response, and reads it back using OpenAI TTS for natural-sounding speech.

Controls

Mute button — pauses your microphone without ending the call
End call — hangs up and returns to the chat view

Tips

Use Chrome or Edge — best WebSpeech API support
Speak clearly and wait for the orb to pulse before talking
Works best with a headset to avoid echo

Availability

Voice calls are available on Pro and Advanced plans.
