Forgot password / reset flow
Starting the reset
Go to s3eidat.com/forgot.php or click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
The reset email
You'll receive an email from no-reply@s3eidat.com within 2 minutes. The link expires in 1 hour. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Setting a new password
Click the link in the email, enter a new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it. You'll be logged in automatically.
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam / junk folder
- Make sure you're using the correct email address for your account
- Wait 5 minutes and try again
- Contact support@s3eidat.com if the issue persists
