Cancelling your subscription

How to cancel

Go to Settings → Account and click Cancel Subscription. This opens an email to support@s3eidat.com — send it and our team will process your cancellation within 24 hours.

What happens after cancellation

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you are automatically moved to the Free plan. Your data and chat history are preserved.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for eligibility. Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
